We have a network of green building experts that we bring into a project as required. Once the sustainability strategy has been developed we use a customized Affecting Change Sustainability Matrix™ to track the sustainability goals on a project. Sandra is a LEED®-accredited professional, but looks beyond LEED® to other rating systems and standards to build a comprehensive sustainability strategy. Our primary focus is passive design, and efficient mechanical systems, as well as water efficiency and this builds a strong business case for sustainability.
